The hare in the dandelions is a celebration of Spring mornings, where I venture out at dawn to see the hares as they begin their breeding season. My favourite moment with a hare is seen here, one 5:30am start gifted me a beautiful hare sat neatly in the dandelions.
 
This original artwork is stiched onto a blue cotton, using thread painting to blend the colours and create dimension and texture. Where small beads have been used to represent drops of water and fluffy dandelion heads.
This piece measures 17.5x12.5cm with the frame.
